Domains Tab

In the main app menu, you'll find "Domains" which will open the Domains tab.

Navu is constantly monitoring the website and trying to detect all of the subdomains associated with the site. It does this monitoring using a variety of means including hyperlinks, traffic monitoring, and pageview referrals. Every eligible domain it finds is listed here.

For each one, we automatically try to detect whether the Navu embed code is installed on some or all of the pages in that domain. On this page, you'll see an "Install" button on domains where Navu does not see our embed code.

We typically recommend adding the Navu embed code on all subdomains so that we are able to track the same visitor across any of your domains — regardless of whether you decide to show guides to visitors while they are visiting that domain. But it is up to you.

If you add an embed code on a new subdomain, return to this tab to make sure that Navu has detected it. You can click on "Check Embed Status" to force an immediate review. Otherwise, we should eventually discover it on our own.
