Visitor Guides

The primary goal of most business websites is to educate potential customers and generate leads that can be used for selling. Many businesses use their website to tell multiple stories — different products, or for different verticals, etc. Potential customers looking for a specific answer can easily get lost, or run into sub-optimal content.

Different visitors need different content. A visitor guide is a list of the most important content for a particular visitor. That guide sticks with the visitor as they wander through the site.

The Guides tab is where customers create, configure and review the performance of Navu guides. Navu uses this information to decide for each visitor on each pageview which guide, if any, will be shown. The analytics for each guide tells you about the visitors that were targeted with that guide so measure its effectiveness.
